How do I calculate hours worked?

Enter your clock-in and clock-out time for each day. The calculator automatically subtracts unpaid break minutes, computes total hours per day, sums up the week, and applies overtime after 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week (configurable).

Can I track multiple projects or pay rates?

Yes. Add a project or rate column to each row. The total gross pay is computed using your regular and overtime hourly rates multiplied by the hours worked.

Does it handle overnight shifts?

Yes. If clock-out is earlier than clock-in, the calculator assumes the shift crossed midnight and adds 24 hours to compute the duration correctly.

Can I export my timesheet to a spreadsheet?

Yes. Click Copy CSV to copy all rows in comma-separated format, ready to paste into Excel or Google Sheets. You can also use Copy TSV for tab-separated format.
